Returns and cooling off period
We offer you 14 day money back guarantee and cooling off period with free return within this period. A return can be made provided that the goods are unused and that all tags remain.
If you wish to use the money back guarantee please send back the goods properly packaged together with return note and return delivery note. If you return the item within 14 days we will pay the return costs. We repay monies for the item within 2-5 working days after the return is received.
It is possible to exchange an item for another by putting in a new order on our website. A new freight charge of 10 EUR will be added to your order. Also in the event of an exchange the returned item must be in its original condition and be returned within 14 days after the delivery has been sent out. We do not accept returns for items which have been used or where the tag has been removed.
In case of exchange or returns:
1) Pack the item properly in the same packaging that it came in or use your own packaging/box.
2) Attach the completed return note that you received with the delivery, make sure you complete the form properly including return code and put it in the parcel together with the products you wish to return. Should you need a new return note or return delivery note, please contact us and we will help you.
3) Use the prepaid return delivery note which you will find with the receipt in the parcel. Attach it to the outside of the parcel and seal the parcel properly.
5) Leave the return at your nearest post office or post box. Retain the receipt.
You have a 1 year warranty and a 3 year right to complain on all products. In case of complaint no freight charge or return freight charge will be charged. If you have received incorrect items please contact customer services as soon as possible via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Complaints about parcels
SNÖ of Sweden has responsibility for the product up until when you have received it. If you discover damage to a parcel before you open it, contact customer service via email@example.com. If you suspect that an item is missing from the parcel, or that the seal is broken, the distribution centre should be notified/informed of this immediately.
If you have paid with a debit card the return amount with be automatically transferred by giro to your account within 30 days. Bear in mind that monies will go back to the same debit card that was used for the original order.
If you decide to return all or parts of your order you will of course not pay for these items. By logging into “My Pages” via www.klarna.com you can move the invoice’s due date forward by 10 days and where you can also check when the return was registered by obtaining an updated version of your invoice.
You can log in either by stating your e-mail address you used in your purchase or your OCR/Invoice number and personal identity number.

Should the return not be registered when the new due date is approaching we ask that you contact Klarna’s customer service who will help you further.
If you choose to return the whole order, the invoice will be adjusted on your account with Klarna.
If you choose to return parts of the order the amount will be adjusted on the next invoice sent to your home. Once we have received the item/items we can credit the value.
